Refunds & Damaged Goods:
 
All goods are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee within 10 business days of the delivery date.  We will gladly arrange either a replacement of damaged goods or a refund. Please contact us before returning merchandise as soon as possible.
 
Merchandise Damaged or Shortages by Carrier:
 
Claims for shortages or damages must be reported to us immediately.
 
 
Out of Stock Merchandise:
 
All orders are checked to see if any product is on back order, if so these items are deleted from your order and you are not charged for them. This is listed in your confirmation e-mail. If you choose to keep product on back order list then we will notify you when it's available. If you choose to order at a later date then it will be deleted altogether.

Minimum Orders:
 
There's no minimum order amount, but if the order amount is under $150 then we do charge a handling fee of $2.50 at this time.
 
Delivery Times:
 
Orders generally take 2 business days to process and you should receive merchandise within 7-10 working days from order.
We ship UPS Ground service from our warehouse in California.
Orders are sometimes grouped into more than one shipment; as a result,
not all your items may arrive on the same day.

Sales Tax:
 
Sales tax will be added to California and Illinois residents.

Shipping Charges:
 
Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.  All shipping charges will be added in the confirmation e-mail for your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 
Shopping Cart Information:
Your credit card will not be charged until we verify your order.
We will send you a confirmation of order plus shipping charges.
If any item was out of stock at time of your order we will minus
this amount. We will not charge your credit card until merchandise has been shipped out. So please use valid e-mail address when you place
order so we can send you the UPS tracking #.
After your credit card has been processed you will receive confirmation
from ProPay to confirm amount charged to your credit card and jjgifts47@sbcglobal.net will appear on credit card statement along with our phone number.
